TriStarr's client, a luxury watch manufacturer in Lititz, is looking for Workshop Technicians to join their team.
Workshop Technician Responsibilities:
- You will maintain productivity, quality, and spare parts usage rate consistent with department goals.
- You will ensure proper conditions of tools and equipment, maintain machines, and follow safety procedures.
- You will confirm all paperwork for jobs and trays, including movement and case numbers.
- You will process jobs and trays, appropriately track data, and record notes using system.
- You will perform other tasks as requested by Management.
Workshop Technician Experience/Skills:
- You have a HS diploma/GED.
- You are computer proficient.
- You have dexterity/technical experience working with small tools.
- You have visual acuity/good hand-eye coordination.
- You have organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and can follow instructions.
Please note: Candidates must have clean background checks.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent
START DATE: March/April class TBD, pending interviews, assessments, and bench test
SALARY: $45,760/yr.
HOURS: Training (approx. 3-4 months) is 7:00am – 3:30pm w/ ½ hr. lunch, then 40hrs./wk. flexible schedule (4 or 5 days/week), occasional overtime Saturdays during busy season
