A Install Coordinator Assistant is responsible for handling an array of front – facing duties. Most importantly interacting and scheduling clients over the phone, in person, and/ or via email. Throughout all of these interactions CSR’s must maintain the highest level of professionalism and present the organization in the highest regard. In most cases you are the first point of contact for our clients.

What you will do:
- Support and assist the install coordinator and installation manager as needed.
- Strong customer service skills
- Call the customer to explain the installation process
- Follow up on installations
- General Inbound and outbound customer service
- Ensure we have all the documents ready for installation
- Apply for city permits and help customers schedule final inspections
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $37k to $45K. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
