Triune Project Manager
Due to continued growth and success, Triune Electric is seeking experienced Project Managers. This presents a great opportunity for long-term growth and stability. Qualified candidates must have relevant work experience and a valid NC Driver’s License.
Job Description:
Estimate and Develop Proposals
- Estimates should be organized under the Quotes folder on the Triune server
- Proposals should have a clearly defined written scope of work, even if the customer gives us a verbal. Clarifications and qualifications should be included in proposals.
- Every estimate folder should include the Proposal document and the estimate spreadsheet. Any other correspondence or electronic drawings should be organized in the estimate folder.
- Schedule Manpower for projects
- Request people with the skill set appropriate for the project at the weekly scheduling meeting
Order materials, rental equipment, and specialty tools
- Make every effort to schedule materials as needed for the project schedule. Utilize our shop storage space for long lead, expensive materials but have common stock items delivered directly to the job.
- Verify that owned specialty tools are available, in good working order, and returned to the shop after use.
Develop Project Schedule and Milestones and review with the customer as the project is executed
Manage expenditures and maintain budget
- Review project financials weekly
- Be aware of the monthly billing cycle and make an effort to complete projects or tasks so that invoicing can be prompt
- Issue requests for change orders or new quotes for changes in scope promptly and in writing
- Promote and Enforce Safe Work Practices
- Perform weekly toolbox safety meetings with employees
- Identify and correct safety violations
Employee disciplinary actions
Inspect and promote Job Site Clean up
Close out project
- Meet with customer representatives to verify completion of punch list and identify issues
- Assemble all drawings and submit red lines to engineering
- Review project expenses, obtain change orders as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
