The candidate will be a responsible, reliable, team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and that handles tasks outlined herein to assist Community Association Managers (CAM) with the management of a portfolio of associations. The candidate is to establish and maintain a professional relationship with employees, clients, homeowners, vendors, and service providers.
Responsibilities include handling administrative duties related to the management of several associations including but not limited to:
· Must have strong administrative skills and be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently, handling multiple projects at the same time.
· Must answer all calls of Condominium/HOA.
· This position involves daily contact with homeowners and board members and requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service-oriented, and can multi-task at a quick pace.
· Get estimates/proposals for all related maintenance works.
· Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
· Assist with the tenant process, including application processing and move-in coordination.
· Maintain accurate records and data filing.
· Composition and editing of documents.
· Preparation of mail-outs and notices.
· Creating and maintaining the list of owners and tenants for all buildings, including names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers.
· Creating and maintaining a list of vendors for all buildings.
Requirements:
· Excellent computer skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Spanish) to effectively interact with residents and team members.
· Experience in community association management is desired but not required.
· Knowledge of property maintenance practices and familiarity with facilities management concepts is beneficial.
Hours: 9 am to 1 pm
