Key Responsibilities of the Golf Shop Supervisor:
  • Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop
  • Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions
  • Make tee time reservations
  • Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly
  • May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course
  • Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments
  • Supervises golf shop staff and assists golf management team
Minimum Qualifications for the Golf Shop Supervisor :
  • 3-6 months related Golf and/or Retail experience
  • Interest in enrolling in the PGA Golf Management program is preferred
  • Regular and reliable attendance required
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
