The Sales Coordinator creates a positive experience by ensuring guests/members are greeted and promptly established in the bays. Maintains booking schedules and retail area.
Essential Duties:
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all Golfinity members and guests
- Maintains a complete understanding of membership categories and new member enrollment
- Executes new member sign ups and onboarding
- Maintains online booking schedules and checks members into lessons, practices, and bay rentals
- Engages in telephone correspondences with prospective members to introduce the facility and conducts facility tours
- Regularly checks and responds to emails and voicemails
- Educates customers on the Golfinity app, simulator technology, restaurant hours and menus
- Maintains the lobby and front desk and ensures areas are neat and organized
- Ensures bays are clean and stocked with balls, tees to be ready for members and guests
- Escorts members and guests to bays and sets them up with preferred simulator program and settings
- Processes and records merchandise sales transactions through Toast POS
- Performs opening and closing duties
- Assists with all audio and video technology including tv’s and music
- Assists with rotating stock, keeping displays clean and orderly and creating appealing displays.
- Assists in educating members and guests regarding policies, current wait time, and restaurant information
- Assists service staff with bussing tables, taking cocktail and food orders to include to-go orders and curbside pick-ups.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hears. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
The noise level is average.
Certificates/Licenses:
Food Handlers Card/Certification is preferred
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English)
- Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Proficient in typing, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
