The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with Service, Parts, and our Body Shop departments to maximize profit, customer satisfaction, and employee success. Above market pay plan that will scale with relevant experience.

Responsibilities
The Fixed Operations Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the customer-focused and efficient operation of the dealership's service, parts, and body shop departments. Including:
- Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
- Prepare operating budgets, goals, and objectives for each department
- Work with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency
- Develop, implement and coordinate strategic plan to achieve targeted performance and maximize margins
- Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
- Conduct weekly department meetings/attend weekly manager meetings
- Attract, develop, and retain the very best talent
- Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs to insure the Trophy Nissan standards have been met
- Serve as a liaison with factory representatives and key corporate personnel
- Maintain required Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of director level experience in fixed operations
- Experience and proven success in leading and managing a team to meet or exceed clear goals and objectives
- Extensive Automotive Industry Knowledge
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Outstanding leadership skills with proven ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent
- Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
- High school diploma or higher education
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
