As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting sales and project management in the sales and processing of equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Assists with quotes warranties and processing invoices on sales.
• Purchase items and parts for builds as needed.
• Ensure all necessary inventory is in stock for the product being built.
• Communicate with project managers on items to be built and help close out and deliver the built product to customer.
• Reviews quoting system and updates pricing.
• Assists with invoicing preparation on sale of new and used equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role. May consider additional education in lieu of experience.
• Experience in construction or heavy equipment industry strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with invoicing and billing preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints or schematics.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work with people across all levels of the organization and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

There is frequent lifting and / or moving of up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color and peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
