About this position:
As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you're responsible for the successful onboarding of new customers (Hosts) to the TrovaTrip platform to plan, sell and host group trips with their audience. This includes managing an inbound pipeline, qualifying Hosts, scheduling demos as needed to ensure smooth onboarding. You will report to Sales Management and work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful and results-oriented.
Accountabilities:
- Manage an inbound pipeline and qualify Hosts.
- Create and test new messaging to improve the Host onboarding process.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with prospective Hosts.
- Become the product expert and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Achieve your quarterly qualified lead and trip confirmation quota.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience
- Experience in Sales or Business Development
