Job Description:
The Sales Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the Trü Frü sales team. This role is expected to deliver and maintain sales reporting, sales/customer analysis, and trade optimization in support of the sales team. The Sr. Sales Analyst’s deliverables will directly impact revenue, growth, profit, product, assortment and promotion planning. The priorities of this role are to leverage internal and external data into actionable insights that:

· Optimize internal resources
· Support our category & brand growth story with customers
What are we looking for....
· 2 years of experience in Sales Support
· 1 year of business analytics experience
· Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry
· Bachelor’s Degree in a business field or related area of study
· Expertise in analyzing, mining, and processing syndicated & panel data software (i.e., IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, Stratum, etc.)
· Experience creating sales stories for customers & stakeholders, utilizing syndicated data
· Experience with Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, Shelving, & Ecom strategies
· Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint. Proficient in Microsoft office suite and tools
· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience in CPG Sales Support
· 2 year of business analytics experience
· Advanced degree in business or related field
What will be your key responsibilities.....
· Pull syndicated & panel data for:
· Weekly Reporting
· Ad Hoc business projects
· Account Planning
· Category Reviews
· New Item Launches
· Annual Planning & QBR
· Leverage syndicated, panel, customer, shipment, and shopper data/analytics into insights to:
· Create tools, scorecards, dashboards, and trackers for merchandising, assortment, pricing, shelving, & Ecom
· Drive new organizational capability through tools & insights; streamlining insights for quick decision making
· Evaluate and monitor all customer merchandising, assortment, pricing, shelving & Ecom solutions. Leveraging analysis into action steps to improve brand health
· Co-create a customer vision and strategic category plan in collaboration with internal & external business partners
· Identify customer specific opportunities, research, and lead projects to deliver win-win solutions for the customer & Trü Frü
· Provide actionable solutions for Annual Customer Account Planning
· Assist in sell-in of new product launches and close distribution gaps
· Continually bring new fact-based category, brand, & customer ideas to help grow the business
· Create high quality sales stories and PowerPoint presentations for customers and stakeholders
· Identify specific customer research opportunities (i.e. shopper studies, consumer behavior, etc.) to drive thought leadership with customers and drive growth
