An automotive manufacturing company located in the Elgin area is looking for Inspector to join their team ASAP!!!
Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects components for inspection at specified stages in production process and inspects components for dimensional and visual qualities.
- Records test data
- Evaluates inspection data to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
- Reports non-conforming inspection results so the problem can be corrected and the material dispositioned.
- Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1st Shift 7:00am-3:10pm (M-F)
Hourly pay: $19 Plus Shift Premium
