What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Trucadence LLC?
The sales associate is responsable for acquiring and servicing accounts in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong sales/staffing background and exelent communication skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationship with key accounts.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Salary: $45k - 50k (Plus commissions on new sales)
Office is in Bloomingdale, IL (In person)
This includes overall responsibility for:
1) Developing and implementing sales strategies for new account prospects, active and inactive client accounts
2) Working with field management to plan, conduct and follow up on sales activities
3) Achieving profit results in assigned areas consistent with predetermined forecasts/ expectations.
4) Participate in the egency's performance improvement program.
5) Maintain a portfolio of clients and build ongoing relationships with them.
6) Stay up-to-date with current employment legislation and procedures.
7) Network with job seekers and employers online and offline.
8) Publish and promote our staffing agency on social media and different platforms.
9) Acquire and servise custumer accounts in the assigned territory.
10) Learn about the markets they specialize in.
11) Present to current and prospective clients to educate them on services and obtain referrals for business.
12) Give feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
13) Verify references and conduct background checks on job candidates.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
