Payments and Omni Experience Manager

TruChoice Federal Credit Union, a growing $200M Credit Union located in the greater Portland Maine area is hiring a Payments and Omni Experience Manager. This role will report to the Assistant Vice President of Payments & Omni Channel Experience. As the Payments and Omni Experience Manager you will play a key role in helping TruChoice extend the reach of its values and member-first philosophy through the delivery of enhanced payments and digital solutions with an emphasis on cards, online banking, and mobile.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current state, build plan and roadmap to execute strategic objectives across the organization.
• Grow usage, engagement and revenue while managing risk.
• Build and monitor key performance metrics, risk assessment and portfolio optimization.
• Manage critical vendor partners.
• Payments and Digital subject matter expert.
• Oversee coaching and performance of department staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with digital and electronic payments, debit and credit card and mobile Banking.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data, and develop strategies to drive transaction routing to maximize speed and increase revenue.
• Ability to develop, gain approval for and implement department initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
