Inside Sales Associate is responsible for performing sales activities via phone interaction with wholesale customers. This position will also act as a customer service representative to develop sales relationships with customers arriving to pick-up orders.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Inbound Calls: to obtain sales orders from customers
Outbound Calls: to solicit sales
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Generate pick tickets for orders to the warehouse
Assist customers with warranties, follow-up on back orders, etc.
Successful Candidate will have:
- 1-2 years inside sales or counter parts sales experience (preferred)
- Automotive parts or heavy duty truck parts knowledge (required)
- Professional communication style (both written and verbal)
- Customer service focus
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
