True Society is a luxury bridal boutique located in Mesa/Phoenix with an outstanding reputation for dress selection, inclusivity, brides experience and stellar customer service.

We are now hiring for a FT Bridal Store Manager to join our amazing team. You will work a fixed weekday schedule, with Saturdays and Sundays required.

You MUST have at least 12 months experience working either as Bridal Sales Consultant, Bridal Leadership, Retail Management or a Sales Management role .

Candidates without this experience will not be considered. This role will be a mixture of operations, leadership, sales and customer service .

We are looking for candidates who are capable of maintaining the highest standards of customer service in order to best service our brides.

Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

  • You may conduct bridal appointments with our brides and their groups to educate them on our bridal shopping selection and experience. Ultimately help the bride find her perfect dress and accessories then take accurate measurements and complete paperwork.
  • You will receive weekly shipments of brides gowns along with assisting with placing brides special orders for their dress. You must be very detailed oriented and pride yourself on accuracy.
  • You will work with the District Manager / Ownership in order to identify, preempt and resolve any and all customer service issues related to any aspect of the wedding dress process, in order to maintain the excellent reputation of the business.
  • You will be expected to help to answer the phone and answer questions from potential brides, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Job requirements:

  • You MUST have at least 12 months experience working either as a Bridal Sales Consultant, Bridal Leadership, Retail Management or a Sales Management role .
  • Consistent 5 day with Saturdays AND Sundays required.
