Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Create cabinet designs, obtain sign-offs and process cabinet orders to meet build schedules
- Schedule and conduct all color selection meetings to obtain approvals - 30 days from contract
- Develop customer design processes to achieve a successful customer experience
- Market and sell upgrades during selection meetings
- Assist with developing sales and marketing support materials to maintain brand
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design plans, budgets, and schedules in our Co-Construct operations program.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress to identify and address potential issues.
- Communicate with staff on critical design related items and attend weekly staff meetings
- Assist Clients with Interior Design Desires and produce details for construction.
Qualifications:
- 2 year Associate's Degree required, 4 years Bachelors Degree preferred (Interior Design Degree would be preferred).
- Being skilled in the 20/20 Design Software Program is highly preferred, but proficiency Revit, ChiefArchitect, and AutoDesk is also acceptable.
- CAD Design Software experience of 2 years required.
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills
- Possesses all the critical technical skills required for all phases of the design process
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate clearly, concisely and confidently, both verbally and in writing, with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates strong customer focus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Salary and Benefits:

- Starting salary $50,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
