What are the responsibilities and job description for the TWB LEAD - QA FAB position at True West Beef LLC?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor food safety programs and implementation of programs to new QA and production personnel
- Candidate must have a good working knowledge of the fabrication process
- Monitor and inspect boxes staged for export loads to meet specific country requirements
- Inspect and monitor incoming and returned product
- Monitor working environment
- Must display leadership and initiative
- Collaborate with production and maintenance to implement food safety programs
- Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain an excellent attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have basic computer skills
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a production environment, preferably meat/food production
Minimum 6 months experience in Quality Assurance
