Summary
The part-time Benefits Coordinator, Human Resources Solutions Center (HRSC), is responsible for helping process medical support orders and distributing department correspondence. The role allows for flexible hours and is expected to only work around 10-12 hours per week.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Scans medical support orders on weekly basis.
- Mails completed medical support orders on a weekly basis
- Processes and distributes all department correspondence
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience/Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Prior experience using copy machines
- Prior experience in human resources, preferred
- Highly organized
- Ability to complete work independently
- Ability to use email
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment always
Education
High school diploma
The hourly rate for this position is $16.30/hour. This hourly rate is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, geographic location, the expected quality, and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
