Job Posting for Marketing Project Manager at TrueSense Marketing
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that generate qualified web traffic, deliver user experiences that encourage engagement and conversion and enable the creation of content that fuels advocacy and revenue growth. This position is responsible for overseeing execution and optimization of digital marketing acquisition and cultivation channels including email, SEM, digital display and social media, to achieve projected KPIs. She/he must have their fingers on the pulse of industry innovations and trends in order to identify new, relevant opportunities to support business objectives and provide thought leadership to internal and external clients. The right candidate will have specific experience in paid search, up-to-date knowledge of organic search tactics, a strategic mindset and strong execution.
Essential Functions:
Drives the daily management of the client’s digital campaigns including frequent interaction with the client and internal account and creative teams to execute each campaign flawlessly.
Provides functional expertise, best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing strategies including proforma development and fundraising revenue projections and budget requirements.
On assigned clients, is responsible for creating and maintaining all digital marketing result reports and tracking relative to proforma and campaign recommendations. Prepares and presents regular status updates of all digital marketing strategy and campaign performance.
Optimizes campaign performance through consistent evaluation of campaign metrics, makes recommendations for improvements and adjusts elements as necessary to meet campaign goals.
Works with internal cross-functional teams (digital, client service, creative and media) to develop integrated approaches to campaigns.
Manages schedules and tracks jobs according to due dates, SOW’s and client approvals, adhering to agency timeline.
Works with Marketing Project Manager to ensure accurate billing of all paid digital media as well as retainers in assigned areas.
Education, Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
Masters Degree a plus
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with digital advertising, email marketing, and social media
Experience with: Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics & Tag Manager
1-2 years progressive experience with nonprofit online marketing and fundraising programs preferred
Strong computer proficiency required
Ability to travel up to 25% travel as client needs dictate
NOTE: This is a full time, on-site position in our Warrendale, Pennsylvania office (no telecommuting); Local candidates preferred. Relocation assistance is not provided.
