GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide intelligence insight and actionable reporting to management and executive teams by compiling information and ensuring data accuracy to drive process efficiencies while leveraging software technology.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Standardize, develop and implement reporting strategies ensuring alignment with the visions and objectives of the business.

Create and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, account reconciliations and general reporting.

Improve communication and the flow of data through the organization to enhance business processes and identify process improvements.

Provide accurate reporting and analytics to management and executive teams.

Collaborate with TruHome Management to fully understand business processes.

Establish protocols to ensure data accuracy compiled from multiple sources.

Troubleshoot technical issues for data management systems as needed.
-
Create ad hoc reporting as requested.

Work with the Mortgage Solutions team as needed on implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and initiation of mortgage software or solutions.

Communicate information clearly, efficiently, and professionally to TruHome Management and to the TruHome clients.

Promotes honest and open communication throughout TruHome Solutions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Understands the business issues and data challenges of the mortgage industry.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, solve problems, make recommendations and draw valid conclusions in a timely and accurate manner.

Strong technical aptitude, including being proficient in the MS suite and an Excel expert with advanced VBA coding and familiarity with SQL and HTML.

Organized, detailed oriented, self-starter having the ability to manage multiple projects at once and demonstrate strong discipline to meet regular project deadlines.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complete data sets.
-
Ability to communicate with other employees in the company in both technical and non-technical roles.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
-
Background in mortgage lending and mortgage lending software a plus.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Must be able to be bonded.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time. Also, must be able to stoop, bend, reach or stand for extended periods of time
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is expected to work in general office environment.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

4-year degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred.

2 years Mortgage Software experience preferred.

Must be able to work independently.

Must be strong handling multiple tasks.
