The Enterprise Recruiting and Programs Operations Manager is dedicated to the execution, implementation, and improvement of the early career recruiting, strategic pipelines, and program team’s operational strategies and processes. This role will focus on outcomes to ensure the team’s operational excellence and efficiency. The ERPOM supports the Enterprise Recruiting and Programs team by leading the execution of operations processes, identifying gaps in operations routines, and anticipating operational opportunities while creating sustainable solutions to drive operational excellence. It will also play a critical role in supporting key stakeholders with a high degree of precision, and timeliness, as well as problem-solving complex operational integration and performance matters. This role will manage other teammates.***Position is Required to sit in our Charlotte, NC Office. ****
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In partnership with the broader Enterprise Recruiting and Programs team, design, plan and execute all track-level program milestones to ensure a cohesive, seamless program experience early career program and strategic pipeline teammates.
Support of onboarding, daily oversight, coaching, performance management, training and development, and off-boarding into Truist roles that mutually meet the career goals of the teammate and the needs of the business.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and partner with leaders throughout the organization to align talent pool efforts with business priorities and future talent needs.
Design, develop, and implement key strategic initiatives to drive operational performance across Enterprise Early Career Recruiting, Strategic Pipelines, Early Career Programs, and Truist Talent Conduct an in-depth analysis of operational performance results to identify market issues, trends, risks, and opportunities for Truist to gain additional operational efficiency.
Develop plans to improve operational performance, productivity and measurements for management reporting, partnering with Enterprise Recruiting’s Leadership Team, Key stakeholders within talent and others as identified to identify to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-6 years of relevant industry-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.
Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, with strong ability to anticipate tasks and needs, execute with attention to detail, and drive urgency as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including creating effective PowerPoint and executive-level communications, tailoring your messages to meet the needs of the listener/stakeholder, and navigating difficult conversations as needed.
Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations with agility and flexibility; highly organized with ability to prioritize and deliver within tight timelines.
Capacity to balance multiple, time-sensitive tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment, with a wide range of professionals/stakeholders.
Demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion, and general interest in D&I related issues and developments in the world.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, including the ability to give and receive feedback to various stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
