CCB Implementation & Enablement LeaderPartner with Commercial Community Bank Business Change Leader to build out an effective change management strategy across CCB initiatives, drive CCB prioritized project roadmap and act as liaison across leadership to represent change initiatives and key priorities. Lead the development and deployment of communication and training plans in partnership with Truist University and other key stakeholders. Lead the CCB Business Enablement team to deliver tailored enablement and implementation guidance in accordance with CCB project priorities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Partner with CCB leadership and other project stakeholders to lead effective design and deployment of change management process, communication and training around key initiatives.
- Lead the design and delivery of key change management vehicles related to CCB strategic initiatives.
- Drive partnerships within CCB and throughout the broader Truist organization to identify upcoming trends and issues focusing on proactive change management and communication.
- Proactive outreach and consultation with primary business partners to identify opportunities to engage in constructive dialogue to improve CCB results. Facilitate listening sessions for pain point identification and action and represent the face of CCB initiative change
- Provide cross team project leadership and consultation in support of all CCB strategic initiatives.
- Closely partner with CCB BCL to evaluate change appetite and implementation requirements. As needed act in Deputy BCL capacity
- Lead and mentor Business Enablement team
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- 10 years of Commercial Banking or related experience
- 5 years of change management, training and project management leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous leadership role in credit curriculum design and/or adult learning strategies.
- Previous leadership roles in matrixed environment including program and change management
