Responsible for working with key internal and external customers to proactively resolve commission concerns (i.e. timing of payments, commission advance requests, agent/ agency account audits, manual loading of commissions/ overrides so that appropriate payouts occur, account debits, etc.) and ensuring timely payments to our agents
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Respond to internal / external commission inquiries via phone and e-mail in an effort to ensure prompt and accurate commission payments
2. Prepare and submit, to the finance department, manual and void check requests in order to correct commission inaccuracies
3. Request commission advances or scheduling of an off cycle check to prevent a delay in commission payment
4. Open work orders for issues that cannot be resolved immediately and regularly follow-up on these outstanding issues
5. Maintain incoming/outgoing carrier mail, sort and process Crump check cycles and returned mail.

7. Experience with PC's in a Windows environment
8. High School Graduate or equivalent GED
