REPORTS TO: Business Owner

Full-Time: 30 – 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $16.00 per hour

Location: Pueblo, CO (Preferred)

Job Content: Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, etc.
• Assists and completes work orders generated from property owner.
• Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials.
• Make ready property rental units.
• Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: Some or all of the following are required.

• Knowledge of methods and principles of general building maintenance.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Work independently on projects.
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image.
• Reliable transportation to job site and travel from site to site.

Experience:

• Two years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain dexterity, vision and coordination, sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Requires the ability to be mobile (including, but not limited to walking, bending, squatting, crouching, twisting, kneeling, reaching, etc.).

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Pueblo, CO 81005: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
