Requirements:

• Positive Mental Attitude

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• MA pesticide license or ability to pass the exam

• At least 18 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)

• Committed to safety

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Fertilization and spraying of assigned accounts

• Maintaining customer relations by servicing and educating the client

• Diagnosing and addressing lawn diseases,insect damage and any other abnormalities with the lawn.

• Maintain working condition & cleanliness of truck and equipment (spreader, tanks, pumps, etc.)

• Measuring and quantifying the mixing of products for fertilizers and pesticides

• Continued development of job knowledge (pesticides, safety, equipment, ect.)

• Logging production and diagnosis into the field software
