ML teachers are expected to manage a caseload of students. Additional responsibilities include; push-in and pull-out instruction, case management, attending meetings, advocating for students, and partnering with families. Teachers at the Arlington Middle School are expected to meet the needs of all students through relationship building, inclusive practices, strategic use of assessment data, and team collaboration. The Arlington Middle School seeks teachers who have experience working with Multilingual Learners and students with learning differences.
