Job Responsibilities:
- Performs various tasks in support of office operations and general office procedures.
- Performs tasks primarily focused on payroll functionalities.
- Perform reception duties, general filing and scheduling appointments.
- Translates parental communications as needed.
- Maintains records pertaining to students, compiles statistical reports, requisition's supplies and materials, processes invoices for payment, maintains appropriate financial accounts, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding staff, student, and family information.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal/Assistant Principal.
- Stong interpersonal skills working with a variety of individuals - staff, students, families, and community members
- Demonstrated skill set working with Microsoft and google applications, including but not limited to, spreadsheets and data entry
- Ability to maintain office procedures and timeliness
- High level of ability to multi-task and remain organized with a high volume of tasks
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Minimum education level - High School Diploma
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Qualifications Preferred:
- Experience working in a school or office setting
- Associate's degree, at minimum
