ATX Learning is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Capitola, CA
Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities: Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions as outlined in individualized treatment plans. Conduct direct, one-on-one therapy sessions with clients under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record behavior data during sessions to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including BCBA, parents, and other professionals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
