- Administrative Assistant II, Office of Exceptional Children, Administration Building.
- 8 hours per day from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
- 260 days per year.
- Salary and fringe benefits as per the negotiated agreement.

**** Primary duties/responsibilities are listed below, however they are not limited to those listed:
- Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive information and material.
- Inputs all IEP’s into the state software system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Processes all correspondence, reports, general communications, and purchase orders for the Supervisor for the Education of Exceptional Children, special education teachers, therapist and school psychologists.
- Supports operation of the special education student data system.
- Establishes and maintains calendars for annual review dates, eligibility dates and evaluation dates.
- Maintains contact with third party billing agent for Medicaid reimbursement and process information or requests as the point of contact.
- Maintains files for individual students in compliance with Medicaid reimbursement guidelines.
- Demonstrates high degree of computer literacy, particularly in word processing, spreadsheets and calendars.
- Demonstrates a high level of competency in producing professionally finished documents.
