We specialize in providing exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy. You will work 1:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA. Requirements:

• Available full time Monday - Friday 8AM-6PM

• You have experience working with children in any capacity and have a natural passion to serve others

• You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass our physical requirements and lift up to 25 lbs. routinely

• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

• You have reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the Laguna Beach, CA service area.

• Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and therapist support

• The salary for this position ranges between $19/hour and $26/hour. This rate is based on education, experience in the ABA field, certifications, etc. Please confirm that this range is acceptable to you.
• Our Therapist roles are available full-time Monday through Friday 8AM-6PM (certain service areas optional half day Saturday) averaging approximately 30hours per week. Based on your availability, can you commit to this schedule without any future changes?
• Are you within a 30-minute commute to the Laguna Beach, CA service area?
• Do you have any planned vacations or anticipated schedule changes within the first 90 days of hire? If so, please provide dates.
• Do you have access to a reliable means of transportation to commute and attend patient sessions on time? (In this role you will be commuting to the patient's home, where public transportation may be limited, rideshare and other transportation expenses are at your own responsibility. Commutes may range from 20-60 minutes depending on the time of day and transportation method.)
