About the role
As a PM at Trustly you will be leading the prioritisation, stakeholder management and communication as well as creating the much needed clarity on “Why?”. You will be working closely together with the engineering manager and your team. The PM is responsible for the value and business viability risks, and is overall accountable for the product’s outcomes, usability and experience. You will be hands-on with your team, a good visionary and coach, business oriented, data driven, user focused and curious about technology.
\n- Define the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and positioning
- Communicate to key stakeholders, product team, other product teams
- Drive Product discovery using appropriate tools to enable deeper understanding of the problem to solve
- Gather user & product data to come up with ideas for new products and features including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on
- Together with the EM and the team, agree on a minimum solution which is Desirable (solves a validated problem for users), Feasible (can be built) and Viable (long-term product solution)
- Understand the delivery and roll out processes and how to use these to deliver and implement products and features.
- You have worked in a product organisation as a PM for 2-5 years (fintech is a plus, not a must)
- A fast paced, changing environment suits you and an open minded approach is second nature
- You know how to communicate to stakeholders and adapt the message to the audience
- Switching from techy to commercial approaches to problem solving is a walk in the park and you help the organisation feel included in the decision making process
