Searching for a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialists (OSS)/ Office Assistant who assists in organizing and executing critical day to day functions and priorities for our commercial teams across the country. The Operations Support Specialist/ Office Assistant may act as a liaison between the customer, managers, and sales teams while providing a high level of internal and external customer service through updated, correct information, timely communications and proficient excel skills.
This OSS/ Office Assistant will be responsible for helping manage and maintain the commercial bid list for locations across the country.

Searching for a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialists (OSS)/ Office Assistant who assists in organizing and executing critical day to day functions and priorities for our commercial teams across the country. The Operations Support Specialist/ Office Assistant may act as a liaison between the customer, managers, and sales teams while providing a high level of internal and external customer service through updated, correct information, timely communications and proficient excel skills.
This OSS/ Office Assistant will be responsible for helping manage and maintain the commercial bid list for locations across the country.
Here Is a Glimpse Of What You Will Do
- Monitor multiple websites and emails for bid requests
- Analyze bid requests to ensure the specific requests are within scope for each location
- Add, organize and update pertinent information to Excel spreadsheets
- Manage daily conversions and communications with internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Manage and update distribution of lists/spreadsheet over email
- Previous experience in the construction field (preferred) and administrative/ data services
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must be a min of 18 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License.
