This beautiful full-service auto accessory storefront installs all of the latest and greatest aftermarket parts available for Trucks, Jeeps and SUV's. We pride ourself in doing everything under one roof which is something our competitors cannot compete with. We don't rely on other shops to perform work for us. We are the ones the other shops use to get it done right the first time.

Pay Plan - The pay plan will be hourly based or salaried for the right individual and will provide consistent paychecks weekly via direct deposit.
As a shop foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 technicians. We need a leader that is a team player, technically proficient, has a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities will include:
- Dispatching work and managing shop flow
- Diagnostics, repairs, and installations of new product.
- Ensuring efficient and high quality repairs
- Interfacing with Service Advisor team and the Parts Sales Department throughout the repair process
- Assist with estimating repairs and installs
- Assisting and directing technician throughout the repair process
- Motivated to continue advancing technical skills and education
- Mentor - Leader - Team Player

Requirements:
- Knowledgeable about aftermarket automotive parts
- Must own your own tools
- Keep a clean work space
- 10 years experience preferred
- Mechanical Diagnostics (Required Skill Set)
- Electrical Diagnostics (Required Skill Set)
- Ability to Read Electrical Schematics and Symbols (Required Skill Set)
- Verifiable references
- Pass drug test
- Highly organized
- High ability to solve problems
- Proficient communication skills
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
