TS Conductor has an opening for a Sales Coordinator to join a growing organization. A strong candidate is expected to contribute to process improvements and take ownership of reporting processes, interface with inbound customers, provide inside sales supports, and other duties as assigned. This position reports directly to Executive Vice President of Sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
External: Support sales group by interacting with customers, administrating of documents, quoting conductor/accessories, and tracking project milestones.
- Experience in electric utility business climate, IOU and consulting/engineering preferred.
- Experience in supply chain and project performance criteria.
- Experience in overhead transmission and distribution line materials.
Internal: Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders for successful completion of projects.
- Ability to priority tasks and follow through to completion.
- Help coordinate meetings and agendas.
- Compose/edit correspondence and other documents.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
- Experience with conductor manufacturing terminology and processes
- Experience with team collaboration for a common goal
General:
- Provide primary telephone support for the sales group
- Respond to sales department emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate salesperson
- Analyze and present business data including funnel, forecast, backlog, and financials
- Analyze market information and present to management
- Provide interface between sales organization and operations team
- Maintain the Product price lists and oversee product number (SKU) system
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Manufacturing Industry experience (preferred)
- Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
- Able to effectively communicate and work efficiently with sales department
- Effective time management is essential as this is a multi-task environment
- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
- Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or other related field
