Retail Store Managers are expected to represent the company in the most professional way possible. They teach, coach and develop leaders for the future while making decisions to keep the company's interests first. Leaders are expected to create a productive work environment and are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within their location. Management is expected to recruit and develop a sales team as well as provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company's values and vision.

The Store Manager will work directly with TS Mobility sales team which will ensure that they are equipped with all of the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve extraordinary results.
Responsibilities:
- Perform as a role model for all employees in the location
- Coach and develop sales consultants to become leaders in their sales results including multiple KPI’s that are set from AT&T and TS Mobility
- Drive sales performance through coaching and training
- Stay up to date and keep the team up to date on all industry information and technology. (Promos, Trainings, Operations, etc)
- Develop monthly goals for the team and utilize S.M.A.R.T. Action plans with each team member to reach and surpass the goals
- Maintain and enforce all visual, housekeeping, and appearance standards
- Maintain all location operations including but limited to inventory, daily paperwork, schedules, and loss prevention
- Conduct employee reviews, meetings, and trainings
- Maintain working relationships with leadership teams from AT&T, TS Mobility and vendors
- Assist the Market Director / Area Manager with marketing and networking plans
- Create a footprint in the local community and be engaged with local events, charities and more
- Create and deliver QBR’s for leadership meetings
- Obtain personal sales quotas monthly
- Hold monthly store meetings with their team
- Create and maintain a working Business Funnel with their team
The Store Manager has experience in a retail sales environment and can identify gaps in behaviors and work directly with the team for improvement.
The Store Manager works directly with the Market Director and Area Manager on the strategic development of the store to positively impact profit, people and processes.
The Store Manager must have competencies in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building, influencing and talent management.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work at least 50 hour work weeks
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Establish and monitor store work schedules
- Ability to interpret and analyze sales and commission reports
- Train, motivate and inspire a team to achieve maximum results
- Ensure audit compliance at all times as required by the carrier
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience with Sprint, AT&T, Verizon highly preferred - not required
- College Degree Preferred, High School Diploma, or GED Required
- This position supports a retail sales organization so weekend hours and travel may be required.
