Business Planning Manager

We have an immediate opening for an Business Planning Manager in our Circleville, Ohio facility.

Position Summary:

Responsible for Business Plan development, ensure and monitor Business Plan reporting for all levels. Preparation of Business Plan Reporting. Monthly financial report preparation while monitoring target progress. New Model Cost - prepare quotes, reporting and capacity Develop and maintain cost per part. Other special projects as assigned. BP, Accounting and costing.

Qualifications: (knowledge, skills and abilities):

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and QAD applications

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and their implications on financial reporting

· Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

· Knowledge of corporate tax compliance requirements

· Knowledge of cost accounting methodologies and their application at TriMold.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

· Coordinate BP development and review

· Prepare and monitor company BP costs and targets including month end financials

· Department BP development and monitoring

· Presentation of data for all BP reporting

· Track cost reduction projects

· Cost analysis

· Financial plan development and monitoring

· Monthly MVM preparation

· Tracking material and labor variances

· Maintain monthly costing to part level from financial results

· Maintain royalty worksheet for NA

· New Model cost reporting

· Other duties as assigned

Essential Job Requirements:

· 5 years accounting management experience

· General knowledge of material flow and management practices and potential issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
