Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent, some college level survey curriculum preferred
• A minimum of three years of experience
• Auto CADD/Civil 3D proficiency
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• MicroStation experience desired

Job Description:

• Perform construction staking calculations
• Analyze and review work of survey crews
• Interpret engineering design plans for construction staking calculations
• Analyze title reports and legal descriptions
• Perform record map and document research
• Prepare plats and legal descriptions
• Prepare record boundary and easement maps

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
