Program Project Manager, TSMC Arizona Corporation, Phoenix, AZ. Develop and implement project plans that outline the scope, timelines, potential risks, required resources, and deliverables for complex, globally scaled projects. Plan and facilitate all logistical elements of global events, including contract negotiations. Use Big Data to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform project decisions and make data-driven recommendations. Manage project teams to ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines. Research resources and leading pre-event meetings with project team to ensure alignment with goals and objectives. Manage project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints. Manage project finances and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure that projects are delivered to meet high quality expectations and that project teams are adhering to company standards and best practices.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Global Management, or a related field.
Must have education or experience in leading global projects.
Must have education or experience in navigating global and regional business environments.
Must have education or experience in global strategic services marketing.
Must have education or experience in big data in the global economy.
Must have education or experience in global data and marketing analytics.
Must have education or experience in global accounting and financial management.
Experience may be gained while in graduate school.
