THE IDEAL PERSON FO FILL THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:
- ONTAP expert w/ONTAP, minimum version 9.10.X or higher
- Proficient in storage and adjacent technologies Installs/upgrades/troubleshooting/OPS
- Familiar with VMS and networking
- Keyboard focus but ideal candidate has hardware proficiency and hands-on data center experience (rack stack, head swaps, IP/networking)
- Must have proven track record of being lone NetApp resource managing customer storage infrastructure
- Used to wearing many hats and owning the outcome
- Adept at internal/external coordination
- Field customer Q&A
- Soft Skills
- Assertive, self starter - get it done attitude (proven track record)
- Can raise technical awareness/risk without insulting customer
- Can be delegated to but can also make technology recommendations
- Can read/navigate audiences & personalities
- Influence stakeholders, make themselves indispensable to customer
- Location: 90% remote 10% onsite (Town and Country, MO)
- Salary: 140K to 150K
- Target to start as soon as possible and is likely to renew
