Position Summary:

TTC is growing at a rapid pace and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to promote our messaging and drive conversions to support TTC’s growth efforts. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals from appointment setting, to conducting meetings, and putting together proposals with our contracts team.



  • Gain a working knowledge of IT and the latest software testing technologies
  • Work closely with Client Service Directors to develop lead nurturing strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partner events, tradeshows, webinars, and more
  • Achieve metrics assigned for email follow-ups and warm calling activities
  • Qualify leads, secure appointments, and support advancement in the sales cycle
  • Develop relationship with assigned prospects to ensure long term success
  • Update CRM (Salesforce) with status of website downloads, tradeshow lists, etc.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within business development
  • 1-2 Years of B2B sales experience, preferably within IT
  • Proven track record of nurturing leads through email or calls
  • Prove track record of progressing opportunities within sales cycle
  • Ability to learn and utilize CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
