TTI, Inc. is searching for a AIM Program Manager to work onsite at our headquarters in Northwest Fort Worth.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manages and coordinates pre-implementation and implementation of new AIM Programs by ensuring all checklist items are effectively completed, including, but not limited to, receipt of bill of materials, receipt of statement of work, receipt of credit approvals, forecast mapping completion, establishment of program parameters and program set-up.  Position works closely with Supply Chain Services Managers, sales branches and customers to ensure effective implementations and ongoing program modifications if needed.

Manages ongoing processing of assigned AIM Programs to ensure customers needs and goals are achieved by ensuring receipt of customer forecast,  ensuring forecast are accurately translated to the mainframe system, and by ensuring acceptable program parameters are met.   Identifies customer and/or company issues as they relate to AIM Programs success and works with appropriate parties to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and accurate manner.

Manages inventory for assigned AIM Programs by conducting a review of the Variance Reports after each forecast update.   During review, identifies any significant increases, decreases, new parts, no activity parts and potential pipeline issues.   Works with appropriate party (i.e. product marketing, sales branches, and customers) to resolve any issues stemming from variance review.   Reviews non-standard inventory regularly and performs formal review and disposition semiannually.

Maintains integrity of consignment inventory through the use of cycle counts, physical inventory support and consignment inventory reviews for poor performing, orphaned or slow moving consignment materials.

Supports Strategic and Select Departments and sales branches by maintaining and communicating knowledge about company purchasing/inventory reservation system.   Collaborates with all internal departments in support of AIM Programs to improve communications, teamwork, productivity and quality.   Travels to sales branches and select customers if needed to make AIM Operation presentations or reviews.

Utilizes report generation tools and database management to provide information to internal and external customers and for internal review of customer inventory utilization.    Responds to request for data for customer management with a sense of urgency.

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Three to Five years of related experience/training (e.g. inventory management, production planning or related general business experience) is required.  High School or General Education Degree (GED) required.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Possesses advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Possesses intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook and Explorer.
  • Exhibits the analytical and problem solving ability necessary to effectively troubleshoot problems that arise in all phases of program management.
  • Proficient knowledge in manufacturing purchasing practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high transaction environment with strong organizational, attention to detail, multi-tasking and project management skills.
  • Possesses ability to set and track goals.
  • Possesses good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures. Also, must possess ability to make customer presentations to internal and external customers.
  • Possesses solid basic math skills including the ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to develop effective relationships with individuals and groups inside and outside the TTI organization.
  • Possesses ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
