This role is ideal for someone who can easily partner with hiring managers and build relationships throughout multiple states, roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build effective sourcing, interviewing, and closing approaches, communicating regular and concise updates on candidate status and factory job placement

- Pre-screen construction/prefabricator candidates
- Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to determine a good cultural fit and gauge their motivation, along with selling the role
- Follow and maintain a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including virtual career fairs and the identification and placement of exceptional talent for factory leadership
- Conduct proper onboarding such as schedule drug screenings and order background checks
- Pre-offer, offer, post-offer tasks including extending verbal offers, conduct pre-employment screenings, follow-up and decline candidates
- High School Diploma or comparable work experience.
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Recruiting experience (agency or corporate) for trades construction, factory, or manufacturing trades preferred
- Experience with direct placement hiring and on-the-spot job offers preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, MS Office Suite; etc.
- HRIS onboarding experience preferred including electronic offer letters and post offer forms
- Demonstrates sourcing techniques and the use of various social media platforms (really, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong Communication skills: Written and Verbal
- Highly organized
