The User Services Analyst III provides leadership in delivering information technology (IT) user support services and infrastructure resources. The User Services Analyst III achieves this by developing and implementing technology support strategies to effectively utilize emerging and appropriate technologies, tracking and reporting on technology problem trends, creating technology documentation and standards, and maintaining accurate back stock of high-availability PC & Mac common replacement parts and most used peripherals. Apple iPhone, iPad and Microsoft Surface tablet experience and support for TNPRC issued mobile devices.
