We are seeking an individual to serve as the Service BDC Assistant Coordinator to oversee Service BDC department employees. The job duties and functions include training, overseeing Service BDC Agents on inbound and outbound call quality and performance, and daily communication with Service BDC Coordinator to maintain department standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Train new employees as needed on processes, procedures, and goals of the department
- Assist with coordinating service BDC agents on performance and duties
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Continued learning of new systems and products
Skill/Qualifications:
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills- Works well within a team environment as well as independently
- Time management skills required - dependability
- Familiarity with CRM / Xtime software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Suite
- A background in Automotive Service department
