Schedule :
- Full-time in person / 40 hours a week
- 1 permanent weekday off with rotating Sunday's (2 Sunday's off per month)
- Saturday Required (10-6pm )
BDC Duties :
- Your primary focus is to orchestrate multiple appointments daily to drive traffic into the dealership*
- Maximize all phone, web, email and showroom traffic streams
- Constantly takes charge of converting leads to appointments
- Communicate with customers and prospects through their preferred method (call, text, or email) in a timely manner.
- Utilize CRM and effective sales techniques to convert leads into appointments.
- Provide information on available inventory, products, and dealership services.
- Stay informed on BDC representatives' tasks and processes.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and articulately.
- Work closely with Department Manager to reach individual and department goals
- Maintain an organized customer database for efficient follow-ups and repeat business opportunities.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
