We are seeking multiple talented and experienced Relationship Bankers to join the dynamic team of a bank out of their Bethesda, MD branch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client relationships, offering comprehensive financial solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying their banking needs and providing personalized recommendations that align with their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand relationships and cross-sell banking products and services.
- Conduct thorough financial reviews with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Utilize a consultative approach to advise clients on various banking products, including loans, mortgages, investments, and insurance.
- Actively participate in networking events and community activities to expand the client base and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as loan officers and wealth management advisors, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
