Key Responsibilities:

Assemble Merchandise: Assemble products accurately according to instructions.
Place Merchandise: Properly place assembled merchandise in line, ready for delivery or display.
Tool Maintenance: Maintain and account for all tools used in the assembly process.
Attention to Detail: Identify and mark any areas or items needing repair
Safety: Adhere to all safety rules/guidelines as needed
Professional Relationships: Develop and maintain professional working relationships with team members and customers.
Attendance: Adhere to attendance guidelines to ensure smooth operation and workflow.
Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the team and company objectives.

Skills & Knowledge: Possess specific skills, knowledge, and abilities required to competently perform the job.
Customer Service: Provide the best possible service to Turner’s customers, ensuring high standards of quality.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
