Data Management / Administration

Proactively manage pricing databases (bill of materials and cost history) for 20 branches located throughout the US
-
Update / Maintain Cost and Pricing Database with updated vendor costs and pricing strategies across a portfolio of brands
-
Manipulate & understand data, trends & diagnostic results to clearly articulate business opportunities (the “so what” story)

Support and update Service Titan Pricebook and estimate templates for a cohort of brands
-
Distribute and communicate reporting and analysis on vendor costs and prices on a designated cadence
-
Ensure that the pricing model is properly configured to build recommended prices for all in-scope products
-
Provide analysis and presents compelling arguments using facts & data

Interface with business intelligence, procurement, pricing, and Brand teams to incorporate changes into pricing tools and systems
Problem Solving

Identify options & makes recommendations

Demonstrate ability to be resourceful in seeking solutions
Stakeholder Engagement

Responsible for routine reporting including communication with TurnPoint personnel and individual brands

Manage models, pivot tables & output in meetings with operational stakeholders

Present analysis during internal working sessions

Complete ad-hoc data queries & analysis in Excel or other tools
Qualifications
-
1 years in IT, System administration, finance, or accounting
-
Knowledge of data visualization and analysis application in a professional environment
-
Pricing analytics experience a strong plus
-
BA/BS Degree preferred in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
