About the Role
We are looking for a Data Specialist to analyze large amounts of raw information and help our customers onboard to Turvo. We will rely on you to plan, implement, and manage the movement of data between our customer’s IT systems, software, or applications and Turvo. In this role, you should be highly analytical with a methodical and logical approach to your work. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also essential when working with data.
The successful candidate will be an energetic, customer-facing leader who will engage with customers to deliver data solutions in relation to the Turvo platform. You will work with the broader Customer Success organization, as well as with other cross-functional teams within Turvo, and be the subject matter expert for data migration. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about technology and our solutions as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every customer. As the voice of the Customer at Turvo, we expect our Data Migration Specialist to be active listeners but also strategic thinkers who understand that problem solving by wearing both the company and the customer hats, equate to success for both!
This is a remote position based in the US. The successful candidate will work from home.
\n- Meet with customers to review data migration requirements
- Create project plans for the migration process, including mapping risks and potential impacts
- Execution of data migration from a customers source system into the Turvo platform
- Audit, cleanse, correct and test data during and after the migration process
- Document the processes undertaken, any issues, and fixes that have been deployed
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Database Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data integration, manipulation, analysis and customer success
- Thorough knowledge of database systems, and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, Jira, SQL and Python
- Experience working with various types of data formats: CSV and JSON
- Fanatical about data accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience within the logistics & supply chain industry (specifically with a brokerage) would be a plus

Compensation range: $70,000 to $130,000.
