What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Supervisor position at Tutton Group?
Tutton Group, with Automotive, RV and Tractor Dealerships located in Acworth and Jasper, GA is seeking an experienced Lead Landcaper to manage and maintain several businesses and residences (full landscaping, year-round maintenance, clean-up, pressure washing, minor cosmetic repairs, special projects etc.).
Job Duties:
- The Lead Landscape Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of the Tutton Group Dealerships as well as 4 residences
- This individual is responsible for maintaining the landscape of multiple locations per day and conducting all landscaping duties throughout the year
- The Landscape Technician is also responsible for reporting any maintenance or repair needs found at the location to the Maintenance Manager
- Tasks will be dictated based on an annual schedule of required landscaping
- Pressure washing, minor repairs/painting as needed
- Orders and maintains a stock of pre-treatment chemicals
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean MVR and pass a drug screening/background check
- 3 years of landscaping experience (preferred)
- Must be self motivated with an extremely high work ethic
